The privately owned villa is in a secluded location perched on the cliff with breathtaking views of Redonda and Nevis across the Caribbean, as well as the Montserrat hills inland. Situated at the end of a small road, the only sounds you will hear are from the sea and the wildlife - birds, tree-frogs and crickets.

Set in a large mature garden with its own private 30 foot long tiled pool, this is the perfect location for complete rest and relaxation in the privacy of your own "home". Woodlands Beach, which you will usually have to yourself, is just 10 minutes walk away.

Ideal 'get away from it all' location for one couple, using just the upper level, but the lower level, (available for rent only in conjunction with the upper level) reached by external stairs, has a further 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and sitting/dining areas. Please note: the house is not suitable for small children and is usually occupied by the owners over the Christmas holiday period.
