Rental Terms and Availability

Please note, Min-y-Don is usually occupied by the owners over the Christmas period.

INCLUDED IN THE RENT:


* All towels, bed linens etc.
* Maid service, immediately before your arrival and 3 times per week during your stay.
(Additional maid service can be arranged, if required)
* All utilities, but we ask that you please conserve water and electricity!
* General household supplies.
* Local phone calls.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT:


* Car hire.
* A 7% Government Occupancy Tax
* Long distance phone calls - (a statement will be provided and payable before guest's departure).
* Food for your stay.
* Any gratuity you may care to leave for Audrey, the maid.

RATES


For 1 couple:

High Season (December 16th to April 15th): US$2,000 per week
Low Season (April 16th to December 15th):  US$1,500 per week.

For each additional person, there is a charge of US$250 per week.  

Periods of less than 7 nights are available with the rental calculated pro-rata

DEPOSIT:


A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.
This can be paid by to our house manager on island by bank transfer, or by bankers draft

BALANCE OF PAYMENT:


The balance is payable either immediately before your arrival, or as soon as possible after your arrival on island, by bankers draft, travellers cheques or cash.

REFUNDS:


If you have to cancel your booking for any reason once the deposit is paid, we will refund the deposit LESS 10% for administration IF the period booked is subsequently booked by someone else.  If no other rental is secured for the period in question, the deposit will be non-refundable.
